Our lawyer

The founder, Andy Cheng, is a lawyer qualified in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom with vast experiences in corporate and commercial law. Prior to establishing Andy Cheng Law Firm, he was an IPO lawyer with an international law firm in Hong Kong. He has been studying in Keio University, Japan, and is completely fluent in Japanese. Currently, he is the legal advisor appointed by the JETRO in Hong Kong as well as the contributor to the legal column of Hongkong Post, a paper for the Japanese community in Hong Kong.

本所律師的簡介

本所創辦人鄭國有律師擁有香港及英國法律資格並富有豐富的商業法律及企業融資相關法律經驗。在成立本律師事務所以前，鄭律師曾在一間國際法律事務所擔任上市相關之法律工作。此外，鄭律師曾於日本慶應大學留學並能操流利日語。現在，他是日本工商會（香港）(JETRO)的委任法律顧問並為一份日本周刊的法律專欄作者。
